Checking out the rental vibe in Leslieville

I’ve been hearing a lot about Leslieville lately! The rental prices seem pretty reasonable compared to the west side. Plus, I love all the local cafes and eclectic shops. Is it still fairly quiet, or has it gotten busier with all the new developments popping up?
