Anyone living in Liberty Village lately?

I've been eyeing Liberty Village for a rental, but I’m not sure if the hype is real. The amenities look great—like tons of cafes and gyms—but how's the vibe? Is it too noisy with all the new developments? Any thoughts on safety or the kind of people who live there? Really appreciate the insights!
