Frustrated by constant construction noise in the building

I've been enduring ongoing renovations in my apartment building for months now. While I understand maintenance is necessary, the noise is unbearable—especially during evenings and weekends. At what point do we, as tenants, have the right to voice our concerns about the disruption it's causing?
