Need parking advice for a move to Queen West

I’m planning to move to Queen West next month and I have a car. I’m seeing apartments around $2500, but I’m not sure how much extra I should budget for parking. Is it typical to pay $150-250 for a parking spot around there? Any recommendations on good buildings that include parking? Thanks!
