Seeking guidance on Leslieville 2-bedroom rents

Hey everyone! I’m planning a move to Toronto this April and looking for a 2-bedroom apartment, ideally in Leslieville or The Beaches. I’ve seen some listings around $2800, but I’m not sure if that’s reasonable for the area. What are others paying? Any tips for a first-time renter here?
