Another rent increase?! This market is torture!

I can't believe this! Just got hit with a $400 increase after one year. How is anyone supposed to afford this?! I saw a bachelor listed for $2800 and thought it was a joke. What a scam. I'm exhausted from viewing place after place, only to get outbid within hours. It's beyond frustrating!
