Rent Hikes and Bidding Wars? I'm at My Wits' End!

Another rent increase, seriously? How is anyone supposed to afford this? Just looked at a bachelor for $2800! It's ridiculous. I’ve been outbid twice this week alone! It's like a race to the bottom and I’m losing every time. This market is impossible, I’m so over it!
