Can landlords raise rent anytime in Toronto under RTA?

I'm currently renting in Toronto and I'm worried about my landlord raising the rent. Is there a legal limit to how often and how much my landlord can increase the rent? Also, what is the required notice period for any rent increases under the Ontario Residential Tenancies Act (RTA)?
