Moving day restrictions and elevator booking frustrations

I'm facing a real headache due to my building's strict elevator booking rules for moving day. They require reservations days in advance, and I've also heard there might be additional move-in fees. Plus, I'm worried about parking for the moving truck. Anyone else dealt with this hassle?
