$1800 for 1BR in Parkdale - is this fair or overpriced?

I found a 1-bedroom apartment in Parkdale for $1800. It has some character but is a bit outdated, and I'm unsure if this price is reasonable given the location and current market trends. Is this a good deal or am I missing something?
