I'm thinking about signing a lease for a $2200 one-bedroom in a bustling neighborhood. Pros: it's close to all my favorite cafes and shops, plus an easy commute. Cons: the noise and lack of parking are major downsides. I can’t decide if the convenience is worth the chaos! Help me decide!
