What’s the vibe in Roncy these days?

I've been living near Roncesvalles for a couple of years now, and it’s really becoming a foodie hotspot! The rent hasn't been too terrible yet, but I’m seeing more families moving in. Anyone else feel the change? Plus, is that new café on the corner worth checking out?
