Fight me on this: Queen West might have been the artsy hub a decade ago, but now it’s just a playground for the overpaid and overly pretentious. With sky-high rents that don’t match the value, it’s not worth the hype or the cash. There are so many cooler and more affordable neighborhoods out there!
