Need Help Understanding Sublet Rules in Toronto!

Hey everyone! I’m considering subletting my apartment but I'm unsure about the legal requirements I need to follow. Do I need my landlord’s approval, or can I just find someone to take over? Also, what rights do I have if the landlord refuses? Any insights would be super helpful!
