Frustrated with the Toronto Rental Nightmare!

Another rent increase? Seriously?! How is anyone supposed to afford this? I just saw a bachelor listed for $2800! I can't even find a decent roommate anymore with costs going through the roof. I’ve viewed 15 places and they were all gone within hours. This market is impossible. Ugh!
