Frustrated with Condo Board Rules on Rentals

Has anyone else felt the weight of condo board rental restrictions? It’s ridiculous how condo bylaws can limit tenants so harshly. Have you dealt with rules that restrict guests or use of amenities? I'm trying to understand what's fair here in Toronto’s rental market.
