Struggling with Noisy Neighbors and Thin Walls

Lately, my apartment has turned into a symphony of disturbances. Whether it's loud TV shows next door or the constant hum of the street outside, it's hard to find peace in my own space. I wish there were better soundproofing options or something to help with these interruptions.
