I'm torn between renting a $2200 condo with amenities and a $2000 apartment in a busy area. The condo offers a gym and pool, but the apartment is closer to work and nightlife. I love the idea of luxury living, but I'm hesitant about the overall costs and commute. Help me weigh the pros and cons!
