Endless Wait for Repairs is Beyond Frustrating!

I've been living in this unit with a leaking faucet and a broken heater for months. I've submitted multiple repair requests, but it feels like my landlord is ignoring me completely. I'm tired of these awful living conditions; this is not what I signed up for!
