Price check: $2000 for 2BR in Leslieville - good deal or too high?

I found a 2BR apartment listed at $2000 in Leslieville, which seems decent given the area, but I'm unsure if that's fair. The unit is fairly new with in-suite laundry but has no parking. Is this a good deal or am I missing something?
