Need advice on rental prices in Leslieville for spring 2026

I'm planning to move to Leslieville in May and I've seen some listings around $2500 for a 1-bedroom, but I'm not sure if that's reasonable given the current market. Are things looking more favorable for renters these days? Any insights would really help. Thanks in advance!
