Is hiring movers for a tiny move worth it?

Hey everyone! I’m just moving a studio apartment with only 10 boxes and a bed. I’m wondering if small movers in Toronto are worth it for this kind of tiny move? Also, do any of you have recommendations for movers downtown Toronto who can handle tight spaces? Thanks!
