My landlord wants to be best friends. How do I set boundaries?

So, my landlord keeps inviting me to hang out and even suggested a movie night! I appreciate the friendliness, but I don't even know their last name. Is this a normal landlord thing or am I the weird one? Anyone else dealing with a landlord that wants to be in your friend group?
