Need clarity on utility costs for my new place in Leslieville

I’m moving into a rental in Leslieville next month and I’m confused about what utility costs I should expect to pay on top of my rent. Is it common for heat and hot water to be included, or will I have to pay for everything separately? Any advice would be super helpful!
