Is Kensington Market still a good place to rent?

I’ve been looking into Kensington Market lately, and I’m curious if anyone has insights. The vibe is eclectic, but I’m wondering how the rental prices are holding up. Also, what’s parking like around here? I'm hearing that it can be a struggle, especially compared to other neighborhoods.
