Wondering about utility costs in a downtown apartment

I'm looking at a place in the St. Lawrence Market area for $2800, but I'm unsure what's included in the rent. Do most apartments here cover water and heat, or will I need to budget for electricity and internet on top? Any advice on utility costs would be super helpful!
