Frustrated in My Search for a 1BR House

I'm so done with the stress of apartment living and bad landlords. I need a 1 bedroom house for rent in Toronto, something standalone and cozy. Has anyone had luck finding small house rentals? I’m tired of dealing with building issues and just want my own space!
