Thinking of renting at 595 Brookdale Ave — love this area?

I’m seriously considering 595 Brookdale Ave and absolutely love what I've seen so far! The walkability and access to downtown transit are big draws for me, and I can’t wait to explore the nearby grocery stores and restaurants. What's the area vibe like? Any insights would be great!
