Frustration with moving day elevator rules and fees

I’m getting ready for my move-in day in downtown Toronto and I'm confused about the building’s rules for booking the elevator. Are there specific time slots we can reserve? Plus, are there any move-in fees I should be prepared for? I want to avoid extra hassles on the big day!
