Seeking a cheap summer sublet in Toronto for May-August!

I'm a student looking to sublet my apartment from May to August while I'm away. Anyone have tips on finding affordable summer housing or know if subletting is allowed in my building? Also, what should I keep in mind legally before I go? Appreciate your help!
