1 Coin St looks great — what's the neighbourhood like?

I’m really excited about the prospect of renting at 1 Coin St! The area seems vibrant, and I love the idea of having easy transit to downtown. Can anyone share insights about nearby grocery stores and restaurants? I'd love to hear about the neighbourhood character as well!
