Thinking of moving to the Junction? Need advice!

I've been eyeing the Junction lately. I hear it’s changing fast with new bars and shops popping up, but what's the vibe like for renters? Are landlords pretty tough with approvals here, or is it more laid-back? Would love to hear from anyone living in the area!
