Need clarity on rent prices in Kensington Market!

I'm looking at an apartment in Kensington Market listed for $2,600/month. It sounds great, but I'm confused if that includes utilities or taxes. Are there usually extra fees to consider? This is my first time renting in Toronto, so any advice would be appreciated!
