How Do People Afford Living in Toronto Anymore?

Seriously, I’m baffled. With one-bedroom prices soaring, what income is even needed to live here? It feels like only rich people can afford rent—how is anyone surviving? I just don’t understand how regular folks are making it work in this city. Anyone have insights?
