I'm facing an eviction notice that I believe isn't valid due to my lease terms. I’d love to hear from anyone who’s been in a similar situation. What are my rights as a tenant in Toronto, and what steps should I take to challenge this? Any insights on how the LTB handles such disputes? Thanks!
