Seriously considering 80 Clearview Hts — anyone else here?

Hi everyone! I'm really excited about the possibility of renting at 80 Clearview Hts. The proximity to downtown transit seems fantastic, and I've heard wonderful things about the local groceries and restaurants! What's the vibe like in the neighborhood? Any insights would be appreciated!
