how's the TTC from 1191 Ellesmere Rd?

I'm considering moving to 1191 Ellesmere Rd and I want to know more about the TTC access in the area. How close are the bus or subway stops? Can I easily get downtown without a car? Any insights on walkability and bike lanes would be awesome too!
