what's the 60 Tyndall Ave neighbourhood actually like for renters?

Hey everyone! I'm really excited about the possibility of renting at 60 Tyndall Ave. The area looks great but I'd love to know more about the vibe. How's the transit around there? Any nearby grocery stores or restaurants you recommend? What's the neighbourhood character like day-to-day?
