I've been eyeing Queen West lately, but wow, the rent is insane! It's got such a cool vibe and amazing shops, but seriously, is it worth shelling out that much? Anyone living there have any thoughts on the rental scene? Feeling a bit lost on whether it's a good investment or just a trendy trap.
