Searching for 1BR under $2000 in Toronto – Need Advice!

Hey everyone, I'm on the hunt for a decent one bedroom $2000 in Toronto. Is it realistic to find a good 1 bedroom under $2000 these days? What areas have better options? Any recommendations for best value 1BR under 2000 would be super helpful!
