what's the neighbourhood like near 650 Eglinton Ave W?

Hey everyone! I'm looking at renting at 650 Eglinton Ave W and would love to hear thoughts on the neighbourhood. How's the transit access around there? Is it easy to get around or walk to local shops and parks? Any recommendations would be great!
