Gentrification in Parkdale... thoughts?

Parkdale has been buzzing with new cafes and boutiques, but the rental prices are also creeping up. I love its eclectic vibe, but I’m torn about the changes happening. Is it still a good spot if you want that community feel? Anyone seen the rents lately?
