Frustrated with building move-in rules - need advice!

It's moving day and I've run into some serious roadblocks with the elevator booking rules at my new apartment. They only let you book the elevator for two-hour slots, but I need more time. Plus, the move-in fee is a hassle on top of everything. Any tips for navigating these building restrictions?
