what's the 9 Bergamot Ave neighbourhood actually like for renters?

I'm seriously considering renting at 9 Bergamot Ave. I love the look of the area, but I’m curious about the vibe. How's transit nearby, especially around the TTC routes? Any good grocery stores or restaurants like on Bergamot St? Would love to hear some real experiences!
