Looking for family-friendly rentals in East York

We’re moving to Toronto this summer and searching for a rental in East York that’s good for kids. How are the schools in the area? What’s the neighborhood like in terms of safety and parks? We need at least 3 bedrooms and ideally under $3500. Thanks for your help!
