Fed up with noise from neighbors and construction in my apartment

I'm really struggling with constant noise from my neighbors. The walls are so thin that I can hear every little thing, and with ongoing construction nearby, it feels impossible to find peace. I'm wondering what my options are as a tenant in Toronto to address these issues.
