Need advice on rentals in Liberty Village!

Hey everyone! I'm a young professional relocating to Toronto next month and looking at apartments in Liberty Village. I found a 1-bedroom for $2400. Is that reasonable for the area? Also, any thoughts on the amenities nearby? Thanks for your help!
