Rents Keep Climbing - Can’t Catch a Break!

Another rent increase? Seriously?! My landlord has the nerve to ask for a $400 jump this year! How is anyone supposed to afford this? I just viewed a bachelor for $2800, and it feels like a damn joke. The bidding wars are unreal, I can’t take this market anymore!
