Co-living question - convenience vs cost analysis

I'm considering co-living options like Dream and Sociable Living as my lease ends soon. The convenience of everything included is appealing, but the premium pricing makes me hesitate. Would I be better off finding traditional roommates and splitting costs? How does everyone else weigh these factors?
