Anyone live near 7 Coatsworth Cres? how do you find it

I'm thinking about renting at 7 Coatsworth Cres and wanted to get some insider info on the area. How's the walkability around there? What's the vibe like, and is it easy to get around via TTC? Also, any local shops or parks nearby would be great to know about.
